June Webinar-“Teething, First Teeth & More: A Parent’s Guide to Early Oral Health”

June 2 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

When should baby teeth come in? Do babies need teeth before starting solids? And when should your child first see a dentist?

This webinar is designed for parents of babies, toddlers, and young children, especially families navigating teething, feeding, brushing, bottles, or first dental visits.

Our goal is to give you simple, practical steps you can use right away at home, while also helping you know what is normal and what deserves a call to your pediatrician.

In this practical and reassuring session, we will cover the questions parents ask most often, including what is normal, what helps, what to avoid, and when to call your pediatrician.
Topics will include:
* When baby teeth usually come in and why there is a wide range of normal
* How to tell teething from illness
* Safe ways to help with teething discomfort
* What to avoid, including teething necklaces and numbing gels
* When and how to start brushing
* Fluoride toothpaste: how much to use and when
* Bottles, sippy cups, straw cups, and cavity prevention
* Starting solids, even before teeth come in
* When your child should first see a dentist
* Common toddler cavity risks and how to prevent them
